Terms and Conditions Effective Date: 1/1/2025 Welcome to the Street Smarts mobile application (the "App"), operated by SmartWolf Consulting LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App. 1. Use of the App 1.1. Eligibility: The App is available to users who have paid for and signed up for access to the Street Smarts Academy. Users must be at least 18 years old. 1.2. License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. 1.3. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to: Share your login credentials. Copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the App. Use the App for unlawful purposes. 2. Payments and Subscriptions 2.1. Access to the Street Smarts Academy is provided after full payment as outlined in your agreement with SmartWolf Consulting LLC. 2.2. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. 2.3. If your subscription includes automatic renewal, you will be notified of the renewal terms and must provide affirmative consent. 3. Intellectual Property 3.1. All content, features, and functionality of the App (including text, graphics, videos, and software) are the exclusive property of SmartWolf Consulting LLC. 3.2. Unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in legal action. 4. Privacy 4.1. Use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy.
